About Julia Randall

I've been in North Central Pennsylvania for over 42 years, originally from Philadelphia. In June 2010, I transitioned into real estate from the Rigging Industry due to industry slowdowns. My focus has always been on treating clients as I would like to be treated, going the extra mile, and assisting fellow Realtors.

I found my niche in the Marcellus Shale boom, helping clients navigate oil, gas, and property leases. My passion for architecture stems from renovating my 1845-built home, and I appreciate the uniqueness of homes in North Central Pennsylvania.

Being more present at home allowed me to engage in local activities, from Borough Council to PTO involvement. I've taken on roles like President of the Laporte Women's Club, organizing fundraisers and community support efforts.

I'm dedicated to my clients and community, always ready to learn and help others.
